This agreement regulates the general purchasing conditions of various products and services offered on this website by CELTIC REALMS, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as FLAHERTY’S) with Tax ID number B61179958 and registered address at Plaza Joaquim Xirau S/N, (08002) Barcelona (SPAIN).

Upon completing the registration process and purchasing any of our products, the CLIENT expressly accepts and agrees to the clauses specified below, as well as to the terms of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, accessible via the “Legal Notices” link.

The CLIENT acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to enter into contractual obligations.

This contract is permanently accessible in the legal notices section of our website and can be downloaded in PDF format at the time of contracting.

PRICES AND TAXES

In consideration for the purchased product, the CLIENT expressly agrees to pay FLAHERTY’S the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website www.pflaherty.com for the selected products.

The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is INCLUDED in the prices listed for each product.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the prices of the products.

Once the product selection is complete, and prior to order confirmation and payment, the final purchase price including VAT (Value Added Tax), handling fees, packaging, and shipping costs, if applicable, will appear on the screen and will be reflected in the purchase order at the time of purchase and on the invoice.

Anything not specified as included in the description is not included.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE

Only individuals over 14 years old and companies can place orders through this website.

All our products are detailed individually on the website. The procedure for making and managing purchases is indicated on the website and follows these steps:

  1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
  2. When selecting a product, it can be added to the shopping basket, where you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  3. To proceed with the order, if accessing our portal for the first time, you must fill out a registration form with your personal information and create a personal account as a user.
  4. Once this step is completed, you will receive confirmation that the registration has been successfully completed at the email address you provided. If you are already a registered user, simply enter the username and password you created during your first purchase to continue the purchasing process. The username and password are personal and correspond to the person who completed the registration process, who is solely responsible for their custody. Through your account, you can manage the information we have and modify or update your data.
  5. Next, the order verification process will proceed, detailing each selected item and calculating the total price.
  6. It will also be necessary to indicate the billing and delivery addresses for the purchase made. It will be possible to specify a single address for billing and delivery.
  7. Once the process is completed, you must check a checkbox confirming that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale.
  8. The website will provide you with the necessary mechanisms to make the payment according to the chosen system in each case.
  9. After entering the payment details, you must confirm the order by clicking the “Buy” button.
  10. Once the “Buy” button is clicked, an email confirmation of the order will be sent.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

The products offered by FLAHERTY’S are available for distribution worldwide and the services offered are available for execution only in Spain.

Orders for products, reservations, and gift cards will be processed once payment has been received correctly.

To keep you informed at all times about the management of your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment.

The products and services offered by FLAHERTY’S are always subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each product or service. In the event that any offered item or reservation date is not available, the lack of availability will be duly notified to the customer for the purchase. Under normal conditions, all products listed on our website are available for delivery within the indicated deadlines and services for execution on the dates and times available as indicated.

In cases where, after placing the order, the product contracted by the CLIENT is out of stock, this will be duly informed and an alternative product with similar characteristics of equal price and quality to the purchased one will be offered. If, even so, the CLIENT is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, FLAHERTY’S will proceed to refund the amount already paid and inform the CLIENT of the procedures and refund deadlines.

As a general rule, the maximum delivery time for products to the customer’s address will be 5 days from the time of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed your payment. These delivery times are approximate and in no case binding for FLAHERTY’S.

Deliveries will be made every day including holidays. It is advisable that the CLIENT communicates their preferred delivery times when filling in the order details in the Comments section.

Delivery of the purchased product to the customer’s address will be made by the carrier along with a delivery note to the address specified in the order, which the customer will have to sign as a receipt document. Likewise, the CLIENT will be duly informed in case of an incident or delay in delivery for any reason.

If delivery is not possible at the address specified due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CLIENT directly and provide detailed steps to follow. In the event that the impossibility of delivery is caused by an incorrect address being provided, the cost of reshipping the order will be borne by the CLIENT. FLAHERTY’S is not responsible for delays in the delivery of purchased items due to causes attributable to the carrier.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit or Debit Card: The transaction is carried out by directly connecting with the CAIXABANK banking entity through its payment gateway.

PayPal: Connecting directly with PayPal.

Once the payment is made, you will receive an email confirmation of this.

FLAHERTY’S does not have knowledge of the data relating to your credit card. All our payment systems are completely secure.

Payments are made in advance of product delivery or service provision, so FLAHERTY’S will not provide the requested product until payment has been received.

FLAHERTY’S reserves the right to temporarily or definitively cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident regarding the collection of these.

INVOICES

Upon making the corresponding payment, you will receive the invoice for your purchase in PDF format at the email address provided for this purpose when processing the order.

The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of notifications and informing us of any changes to their data, with FLAHERTY’S being exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.

WARRANTY

At FLAHERTY’S, we strive to provide services of the highest quality, although, due to the nature of these, we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee on all items offered. If, for any reason, you do not receive the product or service correctly, you must notify us as soon as possible, indicating the incident, which we will try to rectify promptly if the error is verified.

In any case, certain products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect, design flaw, or material defect, although it is necessary to demonstrate the lack of conformity within two months from the date you became aware of it. The warranty covers only defective products. It does not cover wear and tear, improper use, or other issues not attributable to a supplier defect or product flaw. During the warranty period, the CLIENT may return the product and we will proceed with its repair or replacement. Transport costs generated by returns under warranty will NOT be borne by the CLIENT.

The purchase invoice serves as the warranty document.

RETURNS

The following return conditions for our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects, transportation damage, or delivery errors. In any case, no more than 14 days may have passed since receipt of the product, and the packaging and accessories must be included. It will be verified beforehand that it is indeed a defect or anomaly in manufacturing or packaging and not improper or negligent use, handling, or storage. They must always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.

In both cases of return due to manufacturing or packaging defects and in the case of order errors, FLAHERTY’S will offer the CLIENT, if possible, repair or replacement at no additional cost and without the CLIENT being entitled to any form of compensation. The expenses generated by the shipment of the repaired or corrected order will be borne by FLAHERTY’S.

In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by FLAHERTY’S of the condition of the product subject to return and verification that the requirements set out in these sales conditions have been met. Once the return is received and if deemed appropriate, we will refund the amount charged within a maximum period of 30 days and under the same terms used for payment.

FLAHERTY’S reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the specified period or of products that are not in the same condition as received.

Returns will be managed by sending an email to contabilidad@pflaherty.com with a description of the reasons and causes alleged for the return. It will also be necessary to indicate the name and surname and the order reference number. Once the request is received, we will process it promptly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As an exception to the aforementioned conditions, the CLIENT may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days without justification, counted from the receipt of the product. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify FLAHERTY’S of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) addressed to the address indicated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the period has expired.

You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

CHANGES TO GENERAL PURCHASING CONDITIONS

FLAHERTY’S reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modification made will be communicated to you in advance, with an indication of the date of entry into force.
