Where is the Spanish Grand Prix?

The Spanish round of the formula one season is currently being staged right here in the province of Barcelona on Sunday 23 June, in the town of Montmeló. Being one of the oldest stages of the formula 1 season, it’s a truly special time of year in the Spanish sporting calendar. Local hero Fernando Alonso has done the country proud by twice taking home the spoils at Montmeló, in 2006 and 2013. If he manages to complete the trilogy in 2024, we’ll be celebrating with gusto here at Flaherty’s!
